✓Obtain your official offer letter and acceptance documents from the Malaysian institution
✓ Gather necessary documents including academic transcripts, passport copies, and medical reports

Prepare for the GS interview

✓ Your educational institution will apply for your Student Pass through the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS)
✓ Pay the required visa processing fees and EMGS charges through the online portal

Submit your GS document

✓ Receive your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) from EMGS through your institution
✓ Book your flights and prepare for travel to Malaysia

Get GS clearance

✓ Undergo a mandatory medical examination upon arrival in Malaysia
✓ Complete university registration and submit your original passport for visa stamping
