Initial Consultation (Week 1-2)
Initial consultation with TSG Education (profile assessment, course/university selection).
Start gathering documents:
- Academic transcripts/mark sheets
- IELTS/PTE/TOEFL scores
- Passport copy
- SOP (Statement of Purpose)
- LORs (Letters of Recommendation)
University Application (Week 3-4)
- Finalize and submit university applications.
- Follow up for acknowledgment emails.
University Offer (Week 5-6)
- Receive conditional/unconditional offer letter.
- If conditional, fulfill requirements (e.g., IELTS retake, missing documents).
University Acceptance (Week 7-8)
- Accept the offer, pay tuition deposit (if required).
- Receive eCoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) – Mandatory for visa.
Visa Preparation (Week 9-10)
Start visa document prep:
- GS Statement (Explain study goals, ties to Bangladesh, future plans).
- Financial Proofs (6 months bank statements, loan docs if applicable).
- Medical check-up (eMedical approved hospitals).
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
GS Interview preparation (Week 11-12)
GTE Interview Preparation (if required by visa officer):
- Interview preparation with TSG Education Submit
- Visa application
Attend GS Interview (Week 13-14)
- Attend GS Interview (if called – usually virtual/phone).
- Monitor visa status; respond to any additional document requests.
Visa Processing & Approval (Week 15-18)
- Standard processing time (4–8 weeks).
- Track application
- Get Visa Grant
Pre-Departure & Flight (Week 19- 22)
- Book flights (ideal: 4–6 weeks before course starts).
- Arrange accommodation (uni housing/private rentals).
- Attend pre-departure briefing (TSG Education).
- Pack essentials, confirm airport pickup
